Navigators & General sails to the top with Gold Investors in People award!

Navigators & General, the UK’s market leading pleasurecraft insurer has achieved an industry first by obtaining the Gold standard for Investors in People. N & G are one of a handful of organisations in the South East and one of only 128 businesses across the UK regardless of industry, to have achieved Gold status. Receiving this top award puts N & G in the top 1% of all 40,000 Investors in People organisations.

Investors in People is a completely independent assessment of how a company performs and treats its customers. Performance targets, key priorities, interviews with staff and service in all areas are scrutinised, in the search for excellence worthy of the world class best practice required to reach the acclaimed Gold standard.  N & G had to satisfy at least 126 evidence requirements over and above those required for the standard award which was an amazing achievement considering that they had not entered for an Investors in People award before!
